Refund policy
The Sharp Guarantee — 30 days, no questions. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we refund you in full within 30 days of delivery.
How to request. Email info@thesharperman.com with your order number. You do not need to return the product. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
What is covered. Your first order of each product. If it did not work as described, caused a reaction, or you changed your mind — we refund you.
What is not covered. Orders where the product is more than 50% used without a valid reason, or products damaged by misuse.
Exchanges. Wrong shade or variant? We exchange it free within 30 days. Email info@thesharperman.com.
